How Coaching is Done
Coaching can be performed in person, by phone, or via e-mail. There is no minimum number of coaching sessions; we leave that up to you. You will be able to determine how much value you are getting from the coaching relationship.
The first step is easy. Just click the PDF icon to the right to download the Thompson & Company Career Coaching Initial Questionnaire. In completing this brief questionnaire, we will have a good start in understanding what your individual situation is and what you are looking to accomplish. After you return the questionnaire to us, we will call you to have a brief conversation prior to the first coaching session, ensuring we are both in agreement as to what your goal is. Once we have clear goals formulated we will then be able to move forward into developing a course of action.
We will make recommendations as to what next steps will move you in the direction of your stated goals and will keep you accountable at each stage in the process.
Now, go ahead and click the PDF icon to the right, download the 6 question questionnaire, fill it out completely, make sure you save and print a copy for yourself, and then simply click the submit by email button to email the questionnaire to us. It is that simple.
